Call for Special sessions

The proposition of special sessions is encouraged. The goal of special sessions is to gather at most 5 presentations within the same focus so that participants can present and discuss their work in innovative and common topics.

Researchers who want to organize an invited session or contribute a paper within an invited session are invited to contact the organizing committee.

An abstract, of two pages, of special session proposals template here should be submitted electronically by November 30th, 2010 to the e-mail address: loukilt@gmail.com 

Invited and contributed papers will be organized in parallel sessions. In general, sessions will be a part of conference streams, and streams are grouped by areas.

Papers will be reviewed at least twice. Each paper suggested for a thematic session will be reviewed by the organizer of the session and by at least one anonymous reviewer chosen by the scientific committee. Every session organizer will chair her/his session(s).

Acceptance decisions will be communicated to the special session organizers by e-mail; accepted session will be published on the web site.
